Write a Guest Post for Us!

As part of our mission to provide the best possible content to our readers, we are always on the lookout for high-quality guest posts from writers and travellers who share our passion for Australian travel. We believe that diverse perspectives and experiences enrich our website and provide our readers with a more comprehensive understanding of what Australia has to offer.

If you have a story to tell or insights to share about Australian travel, we invite you to contribute to our site as a guest blogger. We welcome submissions from writers, photographers, and videographers who can provide our readers with unique and engaging content that showcases the beauty and diversity of Australian destinations.

Whether you’re an experienced travel writer or a first-time blogger, we are committed to providing you with a supportive and collaborative environment to share your stories. We believe that the best stories come from authentic experiences, and we encourage you to share your personal insights and perspectives on Australian travel.

Here are some of the types of stories that we are currently looking for:

  • Personal narratives: We love stories that are told from a personal perspective and that provide readers with a glimpse into the author’s experiences and emotions. Whether you’re writing about a solo road trip across the Outback or a family vacation on the Great Barrier Reef, we want to hear your unique perspective on Australian travel.
  • Off-the-beaten-path destinations: While we love stories about iconic Australian destinations like Sydney, Melbourne, and the Great Ocean Road, we are also interested in lesser-known destinations that are off the beaten path. If you’ve discovered a hidden gem in the Australian wilderness or a charming small town that’s not on the tourist map, we want to hear about it.
  • Cultural experiences: Australia is a melting pot of cultures, and we love stories that showcase the country’s rich diversity. Whether you’re writing about Indigenous culture, the vibrant food scene in Melbourne, or the multicultural neighbourhoods of Sydney, we want to hear about the cultural experiences that have inspired you on your travels.
  • Adventure travel: From hiking in the Blue Mountains to surfing on the Gold Coast, Australia is a paradise for adventure travellers. If you’ve had an adrenaline-pumping experience in Australia, whether it’s skydiving over the Great Barrier Reef or bungee jumping in Cairns, we want to hear about it.

We are always open to new ideas and perspectives, so if you have a story that you think would be a good fit for Passport Down Under, please don’t hesitate to pitch it to us.

Before pitching, be sure to check the post hasn’t already been written on our blog.
